2. Services Provided

ShalaSarthi ERP provides cloud-based school management software including student management, attendance, certificates, fee management, reports, and related administrative services.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information during registration.
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
  • Ensure data entered into the system is accurate.
  • Prevent unauthorized access to school accounts.

4. Account Security

Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials. ShalaSarthi ERP shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

5. Subscription & Payments

Paid plans are subject to applicable subscription charges. Fees are payable according to the selected plan and billing cycle. Failure to make payment may result in service suspension.

6. Data Ownership

Schools retain ownership of the data they enter into the system. ShalaSarthi ERP acts only as a technology service provider for storing and processing such data.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, logos, content, and technology associated with ShalaSarthi ERP remain the exclusive property of ShalaSarthi ERP and its licensors.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee continuous availability. Maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect service access.

9. Limitation of Liability

ShalaSarthi ERP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in activities harmful to the platform.

11. Modifications

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page and become effective immediately upon publication.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
